Swim Groups

The Steelhead Swim Team offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of the Steelhead Swim Team to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.

Entrance:

Correctly perform 25 yards of Freestyle, Backstroke, and Breaststroke.  Intro to Butterfly.  Coach approval.

Entrance: Swim a legal 100 IM and have coach approval.

*Knows the basic turns, dives, and finishes.

Achieve individual Silver or Gold qualifying times and have coach approval.  Executes turns, dives, and finishes.
